What we do with your details
We collect the minimum needed to reply to a quote request, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect
When you use the quote form we store your name, email address, the city or ZIP code you gave, the service you selected, and your message. Nothing else is captured.
Why we hold it
Solely to answer you, book your free estimate and, if the job goes ahead, to keep a record of how the conversation started. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share these details with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become jobs are deleted after twenty-four months. Job correspondence is kept for the life of the warranty, which is fifteen years from install.
Asking us to delete it
Email info@apexturfaz.com and we will remove your details and confirm within five working days. You do not need to give a reason.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics we run are aggregate and cannot identify an individual visitor.
